These conditions serve as the legally binging agreement between the Website hereafter called the Seller and buyers of the templates hereafter called the Buyer.

The templates and components haven tested under various conditions and deemed fit for the purpose for which they are sold. Since it is practically impossible for the Seller to contemplate all possible scenarios, he cannot accept liability for unconventional uses that may result ion limited functionality or total failure of the product.


Usage

It is understood by the Buyer that he will not use the templates for activities relating to Libel, Racial discrimination,Fraud Or any other conduct prohibited by law.


Amendment to Terms

The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms without prior notice. It shall be the responsibility of the Buyer to update himself with the current version.
